Daily Health Check

Our Daily Network Health Check conducts a "start-of-day check" to ensure your system is in peak condition. This proactive service performs check runs on your server which gathers information and presents them to you in a daily and weekly summary. The classic slow brewed issues which are the cause for many crisis based repairs can be seen long in advance. With this check system you can observe trends like drives overfilling, nagging errors and most importantly, backup software failures will be reported to you. We help to configure and interpret the results when you have questions. This service is the most basic network monitoring that we offer. This service is monitored by a designated person amongst your staff and is available for just the cost of the software. Our hope is that this basic level service will allow you to experience the value of network monitoring and help you decide if a "technician monitored" package would be best for your network so that it can be truly managed.
This service is available at just $28 per month.

Remote Support

A software agent is installed on all of your computers so that our office can quickly and efficiently connect to your workstations and servers to execute repairs as you request. The efficiency and cost savings of remote work is well proven and it allows us to eliminate the travel fees, reduce hour minimums and delays that are the trademark of the older repair models. This tool combines well with Basic Network Monitoring and allows you the opportunity to try some of the cornerstone tools of Managed Services without the commitment. We charge just $8 to maintain this software for your entire site regardless of the number of computers. Our hope is that you will be able to see and appreciate the value of remote work and eventually try one of our more complete programs which offers you technician attention and standards that would make your site truly managed.
This service is available for any number of computers for a flat rate of just $8 per month.

Advanced Monitoring

Our monitoring system conducts a thorough check throughout the day to test that:

This service is performed automatically - so it's guaranteed to happen even if some of your staff is out sick or out of the office. If we find problems, we'll immediately alert and engineer so that we can act fast to cut potential downtime. We even send you a brief notice to confirm that the checks were carried out and their results.

Server Repair

If your staff notices an issue on the server we have the ability to remote in and get it fixed. Our Advanced Monitoring will let us know within minutes of issues developing so that we can remote in and fix them. The reality is that computer technology is not a perfect science and issues do come up. For clients taking advantage of our remote server repair, we routinely perform no less than four hours per month making adjustments simply based on the advanced monitoring information we receive. This time pays back ten-fold when compared to the crisis created when a server stops functioning. If the server can be repaired remotely we will exercise this option. These services are included in the base rate. The benefits of a smooth running server network will be felt every day.

Server Maintenance

An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. We will install special software modules that perform a series of daily and weekly maintenance procedures on the server that will guarantee increased reliability and smooth operation. Keep in mind that our flat rates keep us motivated for your system to be as reliable as possible.

Workstation Maintenance

Automated maintenance routines are run weekly to keep your workstations running as well as they can for the quality of equipment you provide. Monitoring is extended to the workstations as well and when combined with the speed of remote access (also included in the Bronze Program) workstation repairs can be executed at the lowest prices available.

Monthly Reviews of Key Procedures and Settings

Beyond simple monitoring and maintenance would be constant review and improvement. Best standards and practices are set for your network, confirmed and watched on a monthly basis. For example, knowing that a backup has run successfully is a good start - what about determining WHAT you are backing up? How about testing the backup with a fire drill? This is just one of the dozen key settings and procedures we review by hand on a monthly basis. Your site will be groomed and watched by multiple technicians and it will be held to the highest standard. Consider how quickly standards of security (anti-virus, spam), email, firewalls, internet speeds and wireless equipment change, you will be kept abreast of these changes and you will be informed of what we consider to be a necessity to maintain. We go beyond simple pro-activity and move to true Managed Services at this level. With consideration of our size, scope and depth of technical experience at our office, we can perform far beyond most IT departments at a fraction of the cost.

Performance Tracking

Over time we can document your system's speed and utilization of things like processors, memory and hard drives. This will let us see bottlenecks that can be adjusted individually. In the past, decisions like these could lead to significant network "over-design'. With performance tracking we can educated you on your specific equipment needs, specifically where they are required and only when needed. The goal is not to wait until it stops functioning!

We maintain hundreds of key settings and installation steps which have immediate benefits to your network's reliability and up-time. By having complete and accurate documentation, adjustments and system reloads are reduced to minutes rather than days.
